Rapid Cash assisted Brimstone’s cash flow and has allowed the company to purchase new equipment to help grow its business.
Brimstone Site Investigation Ltd is a national and international business that specialises in commercial bomb disposal. We provide unexploded ordnance (UXO) risk mitigation services for the defence, construction, engineering, and humanitarian sectors. We assess, survey, and investigate to clear land of explosive hazards so land users can operate safely. We are specialists in the safe removal and disposal of UXO, working alongside local police forces, the military and international partners.
Goals & Objectives
Our objective was retention of our uniquely skilled staff, without relying on the government’s furlough scheme. This proved to be a challenge. The nationwide closure of construction and development sites, and travel restrictions put in place, led to a significant downturn in revenue from new and existing projects. To stay at the bleeding edge of technological innovation we also had new equipment requirements, our capability programme includes drone development, deep learning, novel risk assessment methods, and R&D on technical surveying equipment. Our USP is the application of novel technologies to the meet the complex needs of the explosive threat management sphere.
Since switching over to Rapid Cash we have been able to focus more on supplying our strong customer base with a first-class service, without the worry of incoming revenue from recently completed projects. Rapid Cash will continue to benefit the company as we grow the business in 2021 and beyond and we are excited to see what the future brings. - Aaron Florence, Managing Director.
